Molos, Paros, Cyclades
Our goal was to create a garden that embraces the site’s natural topography and panoramic sea views. Set behind a large olive grove, it features clusters of native, drought-tolerant plants that are well-adapted to Paros’ climatic conditions. A key design element is the planted strips – integrated into the outdoor stairs of the house – where Stipa tenuissima grasses add texture and a sense of movement, while also blending with the palette of hardscape materials. Green roofs planted with low Mediterranean aromatics, perennials and grasses help to further integrate the residence into the natural landscape of Molos and improve the microclimatic conditions of the house.
